I had a road service on my trailer with brake light not working. Driver stopped on road service on July 21. I called this service road call to repair it. They arrived fast and found issue with wire. They made good job rather fast.

Recommend? I would insist you go to Benny’s. Before I got my semi towed there, I asked him for a price for clutch actuator replacement. He gave me a solid labor cost + parts. However, we faced unknown issue where my truck couldn’t communicate with the diagnostics. Benny explained, showed why he just couldn’t change the part without the new part configuration, and he put many hours to find the truck issue. We replaced cpc, fuses, junction block etc. Finally we found the problem and connected to the truck. He changed the clutch, and actuator. He only charged me the labor cost that he originally discussed and the clutch, actuator, few other items; even though, he put so many hours on the truck to find the issue. If you are around, and need a truck repair, he is the guy. Thank you Benny again!

I was impressed (in a positive way) by the speedy roadside assistance response time, I was impressed by the diagnosis support (even though the problem was already detected), and I was impressed by the assistance in getting a client back to the mechanic shop in Castaic (CA). Also, the mechanic(s) were professional in their work, and the mechanic(s) were professional in their approach in getting my client a brand-new radiator and replacing the damaged radiator. The entire repair took about 4 hours (including the dispatching for the roadside assistance). It appears as if Freightliner Cascadias utilize some type of plastic outlining around their metal radiators, while having additional support (metal "arms") with bolting their radiators to the engine block instead of the chassis (like Peterbilt or Kenworth). Thus, causing the vibration(s) from the engine to "trickle" to the radiator. SMH! Whatever. Nevertheless, Benny's Diesel Road Services got my client back onto the proverbial road in about 4 hours (with a brand-new radiator), in which my client was still able to deliver the load assignment in Porterville (CA) and pickup & deliver the backhaul load assignment from Stockton (CA)

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. These guys don't play and know what their doing. Got me back on the road asap and price was perfect. Will definitely keep them in mind in the future. I took pictures of the damage and they came out first time with the tools and correct parts. No need to go to parts store. Like I said they know what their doing!!!
